They know each other loosely because Callie stopped one horrible event from happening by showing up at a party looking to pull her brother out. But the voices of the characters were weak and generic. Which, in this case, told me to stay far, far away.
Kayden got his resolution, as did Callie. Caolie main problem that I found in the series is that the antagonists in the story either dies or goes to jail. I’ll take this space to explain because there is a bit more to it than that, but it doesn’t handle its themes all that well despite taking on some vital issues. Is this book good? Amazon Second Chance Pass it on, trade it in, give it a second life.
While Kayden is not the worst hero in New Adult, he’s not coinciencia good one either.
I bought it for the sample, because that was actually really good, but it just got worse and annoying not long after the sample ended.

Callie and Kayden are caolie wonderful together. I did, for a while, until every hard issue became trivialized.
As per usual with YA or NA titles, the characters have trials or past abuses to overcome, but this story laid them out entirely too obviously within the first three pages with clunky statements about “hiding the scars on the inside” and the young coincideencia obvious fear of men.
That boy should be a poet.

I spammed this book with notes – on my kindle app. Und ja, dass er sexy as hell ist, spielt vielleicht auch eine kleine Rolle, warum ich ihn so gerne mag.
I am so tired of this story, of the exploitation of past sexual abuse to create a “plot” and obstacles where there aren’t any, and this one didn’t add anything to the existing catalog.

They not only warm the cold, but melt it into a puddle. He is free and happy and these two can be filed away in my mind free from their pasts and completely happy together which is all I have wanted for two long years. The only good thing I can say about this book: That there’s a sequel tells me all I need to know about the “cliffhanger” ending. So the synopsis talks about Kayden, the male protagonist, finding comfort in Callie, the female protagonist, when she saves him from yet another almost-death experience from the hands of his own father.

No matter, I really enjoyed it, and again I’m glad they finally got to a point where they were both set free from their past, and were able to more forward. He is seeing a therapist which is really helping. They still have their days, their skeletons that rattle around in the closet at times.
The quick character changes, and the obviously forthcoming romance with the also-traumatized football jock from her hometown, just seemed too unbelievable. And he sure as hell did not grow any more to me when he completely dismisses a girl in class on women’s studies.
One, the separating of women into two categories: You know how they hidden their fears and secrets from the world until the day their paths crossed. I literally looked it up. I wish I could run my fingers along them and remove the pain and memories that are attached to them. And Kayden, sweet Kayden. But I must say, from my own experiences, many people will step in when the abuse is directed toward someone you know even so littleand in their own house at a crowded party.
