Individual membership registration includes your membership for the year and 1 free attendance to the conference. The price is $200.00 until 7/31/2026 and will go up to $250.00 beginning 8/1/2026.

Corporate Membership: Diamond

$5,000 Exhibit/$3,500 Non-Exhibit– Recognition as Diamond corporate member at all AWCS events including annual conference and holiday party. Includes banner on AWCS website, 5 admissions to all events, access to all event attendee lists, 90 second video on website, hyperlink from AWCS site to company site, recognition on signage, logo representation on and placement of marketing materials in conference bags.

Corporate Membership: Platinum

$3,500 Exhibit/$2,000 Non-Exhibit – Recognition as Platinum corporate member at all AWCS events. Includes banner on AWCS website, 4 admissions to all events, access to all event attendee lists, 75 second video on website, hyperlink from AWCS site to company site, recognition on signage, logo representation on and placement of marketing materials in conference bags.

Corporate Membership: Gold

$2,500 Exhibit/$1,500 Non-Exhibit - Recognition as Gold corporate member at all AWCS events. Includes 3 admissions to all events, access to all event attendee lists, 60 second video on website, hyperlink from AWCS site to company site, recognition on signage and placement of marketing materials in conference bags.

Corporate Membership: Silver

$2,000 Exhibit/$1,000 Non-Exhibit – Includes 2 conference admissions, conference exhibit space, access to conference attendee list, 45 second video on website, hyperlink from AWCS site to company site, recognition on signage and placement of marketing materials in conference bags.

Corporate Membership: Bronze

$1,500 Exhibit/$750 Non-Exhibit - Includes 1 conference admission, access to conference attendee list, 30 second video on website, hyperlink from AWCS site to company site and recognition on signage.
